Refunds, Returns, Order Cancellations, and Shipping Fees Policy
1. Refunds and Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns as products cannot be sent back. However, if you
receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team
within 7 days of delivery. Send us a picture of the damage along with a description of
the issue, and let us know whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement. We
will assist you accordingly.
2. Order Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. However, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has left our warehouse or entered the shipping process, we’re unable to cancel it. In that case, you can return the item after delivery for a refund in accordance with our return policy. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you’d like to request a cancellation.
3. Shipping Fees
- Local Shipping: Free or flat-rate shipping applies to all local orders.
- EU Shipping: Shipping fees for EU orders vary by country.
- International Shipping: Shipping fees for international orders vary depending
on the destination. Customs duties or taxes may apply, and they are the
responsibility of the customer.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days
of delivery. Send a picture of the issue, and let us know if you would prefer a
refund or a replacement. We will assist you with either option at no extra cost.
